Refund Policy


We offer exchanges/refunds up to 5 days after you have received the item.

Should you wish to exchange or return a product, please send us an email on


Items that are not eligible for a refund:

  1. Wooden items, party decor
  2. Swimwear
  3. If you have changed your mind about the item
  4. If the item was not delivered on time
  5. If the item has been damaged in your possession
  6. Sale items

Refunds/Returns will be done at a cost of R120.

A refund for your item/s minus the R120 fee will be issued to you once we receive the item/s and it is found to be in its original condition after inspection.

Please note: we will only refund the amount paid for the item/s and not the amount including the courier fee. However, if there is a factory defect, we will refund the courier fee to you. 


A fee of R200 is charged for exchanges. This is to pickup the item from you and have it returned to us, as well as to courier the new item/s to you. 


Due to hygiene restrictions, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on swimwear. Should you wish to purchase any of our swimwear and are uncertain about the size/fit , please contact us on and one of our team members will gladly assist you. 

 Cancelations of orders:

We do not do cancelations to orders once they have been dispatched.

If your order is delayed or has not arrived on time, we will not be held responsible and a refund/exchange will not be given.

Items can only be exchanged or returned if they are unworn.
